Support Services
ASW’s support services focus on four primary areas: rural communities, faith communities, organizations, and individuals. We believe that by providing mental health access and awareness, we can create meaningful change in each area and make a positive impact on their communities. Our aim is to meet people where they are and inspire hope along the way. Contact us today and let's work together to make a difference in our own lives, work environments, and communities.
Rural Communities

People in rural communities often struggle to access adequate mental health services, which makes it difficult for them to receive the support they need during times of significant stress, anxiety, depression, or crisis. Tackling these barriers is crucial to helping rural residents manage the everyday challenges they face. ASW works to support these underserved populations by providing and connecting them with the relational and mental health care they need.
Faith Communities

At ASW, our heart is to walk alongside ministry leaders and missionaries, offering the tools and support they need to recognize the signs of compassion fatigue and burnout — and to find healing from the weight of their calling.
We know that those who pour themselves into the lives of others often do so at great personal cost. Too often, ministry workers and their families carry silent burdens with no safe space to share them. That’s why we offer deeply personalized care, created with the unique challenges of ministry life in mind — so no one has to walk through it alone.
Organizations

Our mission is to partner with organizations to address the growing need for relational and compassionate care in the workplace. A supportive work environment not only enhances employee well-being but also leads to stronger interpersonal connections, increased engagement, and improved performance. We offer consultation services that allow us to design and deliver customized trainings tailored to each organization’s unique culture and needs. These trainings equip leaders and staff with the tools to build healthier, more empathetic, and resilient workplace communities.
Individuals - Leaders & Frontline Workers

At ASW, we take a top-down approach to support services by prioritizing the well-being of both leaders and frontline workers. We believe that lasting change begins by strengthening relationships with those at the core of service delivery. These individuals are often overlooked as they dedicate themselves to supporting others, frequently without access to trusted allies or safe spaces to express their own struggles. Our goal is to build a sustainable, compassionate network of care that empowers leaders and frontline staff to thrive both personally and professionally.
