Neighbor to Neighbor

This training is rooted in three core values—relationships, compassion, and empowerment—and is designed to equip individuals with meaningful tools to support those around them.  

The journey begins with learning how to build and nurture healthy relationships, emphasizing the power of connection to transform both individual lives and entire communities. From there, the training explores how we can better support and care for one another, showing how intentional compassion can create lasting positive impact and inspire hope in others.

As participants continue, they gain knowledge and practical skills to educate and equip those around them, expanding opportunities for growth in mental health access, awareness, and advocacy. This ripple effect allows each person to extend what they’ve learned far beyond themselves.
